Ah the joy of cooking in a quiet house. Today was so peaceful while I completed my next 3 recipes while Noah played outside and Caleb and Julia napped. The Focaccia bread turned out delicious and was super easy. Next time I might add spices in the dough and maybe even some garlic. The Chinese Chicken Salad was good and my 2 year old liked enough to finish it so she could eat the yummy bread. The Lemon bars were delicious and very lemony.
