I made a yummy Riz casimir today (a Swiss chicken curry meal), which included some Whipped Cream (p. 140), which enabled Jessica to whip her first cream... I made sure that the picture not only shows the cream, but also the meal, which is obviously more worthy of a picture.We also made some yummy salsa from a friend's recipe. Mmmhh...
